Description of Services

Mojave Corp provides CMMC compliance consulting services and free assessment tools for defense contractors and subcontractors, including readiness assessment, gap analysis, compliance documentation, mock assessments, and free online tools.

Free Tools

Our free assessment tools (Level Finder, Scope Estimator, Gap Assessment) are provided for informational purposes only.

Tool Usage Guidelines

• Do not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or classified information
• Do not submit sensitive contract details beyond what is requested
• Results are estimates and should be validated through professional assessment
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue tools without notice

Professional Services

Formal consulting engagements are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA). In case of conflict, the terms of the signed SOW/MSA take precedence.

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to provide accurate information, not submit false data, not attempt to access restricted systems, not use automated scraping tools, and comply with all applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOJAVE CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 for free tool users.

Governing Law

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
