Position Summary

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own and improve our go-to-market operating system.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You won't spend your day cold calling.

Instead, you'll build the processes, systems, reporting, and execution engine that allows our sales team to perform consistently.

You'll work directly with leadership to improve every stage of the customer acquisition process—from lead generation through proposal delivery and customer handoff.


Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Own HubSpot CRM administration
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene
  • Build dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Track conversion rates throughout the funnel
  • Improve sales workflows
  • Create SOPs for the sales organization
  • Ensure proposals are delivered accurately and on time
  • Maintain pricing templates and sales documentation

Revenue Operations

  • Analyze funnel performance
  • Identify bottlenecks
  • Recommend operational improvements
  • Monitor lead quality
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead routing
  • Coordinate follow-up processes
  • Improve sales automation

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate webinar and Town Hall operations
  • Manage campaign execution
  • Track campaign performance
  • Coordinate event logistics
  • Maintain landing pages and registrations
  • Measure ROI

Process Improvement

  • Document company processes
  • Create repeatable playbooks
  • Standardize customer onboarding
  • Improve internal communication
  • Reduce manual work through automation

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with:

to keep the GTM engine moving.
